1. About Us
This website is operated by Resolve Property Group Ltd (“Resolve”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a property services company providing specialist property improvement, maintenance, and remedial services.
Our services may include spray foam insulation removal and remedial works, loft insulation, timber treatment, ventilation, roofing, roof cleaning and coatings, damp and mould solutions, drainage, and other associated property services.
2. Using This Website
By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The information provided on this website serves as general information about our company and services. It should not be interpreted as a property survey, structural assessment, mortgage advice, legal advice, or a guarantee that a specific solution is suitable for an individual property.
Where appropriate, the condition of a property should be thoroughly assessed before recommendations or quotations are finalised.
3. Website Enquiries and Quotations
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, or arranging an appointment through this website does not, by itself, create a contract for works.
Any quotation or proposal will be based on the information available to us at the time and, where applicable, our inspection or assessment of the property.
The exact scope of works, pricing, payment arrangements, and any specific conditions will be confirmed separately before work commences.
4. Property Assessments
Properties can contain defects or conditions that are not reasonably visible during an initial inspection.
This may include concealed timber deterioration, moisture damage, roofing defects, electrical issues, inaccessible areas, or other problems hidden behind insulation, spray foam, coverings, fixtures, or building materials.
If additional work becomes necessary after previously concealed conditions are discovered, we will explain the issue to the customer and obtain agreement for any additional charges before undertaking additional chargeable work, wherever reasonably practicable.
5. Prices
Prices displayed on this website, where applicable, are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise.
A customer-specific quotation or works proposal will confirm the price applicable to the proposed works and whether VAT is included.
Additional work requested by the customer or required due to previously concealed conditions may be subject to a separate quotation or agreed variation.
6. Deposits and Payments
Some works may require a deposit to secure an installation date, purchase materials, or otherwise prepare for the project.
The amount and payment terms will be stated in the customer’s quotation, proposal, or works contract.
Deposits and cancellation charges will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where a customer lawfully cancels, any amount retained will not exceed what Resolve Property Group Ltd is legally entitled to keep, taking into account work undertaken and reasonable losses or costs incurred, where applicable.
The remaining balance will be payable in accordance with the customer’s individual works contract or invoice.
7. Cancellation Rights
Consumers may have statutory cancellation rights, particularly where a contract is entered into remotely or away from our business premises.
Where applicable, cancellation information will be provided to the customer with their works documentation.
Where a customer specifically requests that work begins during a statutory cancellation period, we may require an express request or acknowledgement before commencing.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects a customer’s statutory rights.
8. Installation Dates and Delays
We make every reasonable effort to attend and complete works on agreed dates.
Certain works, particularly roofing and external property works, can be affected by weather, site conditions, availability of materials, access restrictions, health and safety considerations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a delay occurs, we will aim to inform the customer and rearrange the works within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Access to the Property
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the areas required for inspection and works.
This may include loft spaces, driveways, gardens, roof access areas, electrical supplies, and other relevant parts of the property.
Customers should remove or protect valuable or fragile belongings from working areas wherever reasonably possible before work begins.
10. Waste
Where removal and disposal of waste forms part of the agreed works, waste will be handled and disposed of in accordance with all applicable requirements.
Resolve Property Group Ltd holds an Upper Tier Waste Carrier registration.
11. Photographs
We may take photographs or videos before, during, and after works for purposes including assessing the property, documenting the condition and progress of works, quality control, and maintaining job records.
We will obtain appropriate permission before using identifiable customer or property information for promotional purposes where consent is required.
12. Third Parties and Subcontractors
Resolve Property Group Ltd may use appropriately selected employees, installers, tradespeople, or subcontractors to perform elements of the works.
Where a third party acts independently from Resolve Property Group Ltd, their services and responsibilities may be governed by separate arrangements.
13. Spray Foam, Mortgages, and Property Transactions
The presence or previous removal of spray foam insulation may be relevant to lenders, surveyors, valuers, insurers, or purchasers.
Requirements can vary between organisations and individual properties.
Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing, Resolve Property Group Ltd does not guarantee that carrying out particular works will result in mortgage approval, lending approval, a specific valuation, insurance acceptance, or the successful sale of a property.
Customers should obtain appropriate advice from their lender, surveyor, solicitor, or other relevant professional where necessary.
14. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current; however, property circumstances, products, regulations, and industry requirements are subject to change.
Images displayed on the website may show previous projects or examples and should not be interpreted as guaranteeing identical results at every property.
15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content, branding, graphics, photographs, and written material on this website belong to Resolve Property Group Ltd or are used with appropriate permission.
These materials must not be reproduced commercially without express permission.
16. External Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of these third-party websites.
17. Our Responsibility
We will provide contracted services with reasonable care and skill, and in accordance with the customer’s agreed works contract.
Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful, or to remove any rights customers have under applicable consumer law.
18. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so that we have an opportunity to investigate and respond.
